Allen is a Vice President of Investment Banking at Xnergy Financial. He particularizes in corporate financing for companies in the renewable energy, environmental protection (GHG reduction), new material, chemical and oil and gas industries. He has conducted business development and fund-raising activities in East Asia for North American companies for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Xnergy, Allen was the BD director (APAC market) for a large renewable energy company in Canada.
Allen has a PhD in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from McGill University and is a registered Engineer in Canada. He holds FINRA Series 7 license.
