Nia Stefani is the founder of the Xnergy companies. She has over two decades of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, finance, and law. Her experience extends from emerging growth to publicly listed companies over a diverse range of industries. Ms. Stefani has managed dozens of merger and acquisition, financing, and disposition transactions valued at more than a billion.
Ms. Stefani has held several senior management and board of director positions in both public and private companies. Prior to forming Xnergy, Ms. Stefani was a mergers and acquisitions, securities, and corporate attorney where she was responsible for negotiating, structuring, documenting, and closing acquisitions, restructurings, dispositions, public and private equity and debt financing’s, and franchising.
Community Service
Through her involvement with the Tech Coast Angels and the Keiretsu Forum, Ms. Stefani mentors many entrepreneurs and start-up businesses. She also has invested in several promising early-stage companies, and provided business and financial guidance to them at no cost. She has served on the boards of directors of several private companies and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Stefani was recognized nationally for her contribution to the American economy for emerging growth businesses and awarded the prestigious Keeping America Strong Award by Rear Admiral Kevin Delanney. She is also a Most Successful Women in Business winner and featured in the 100 Most Successful Women in Southern California by the San Diego Business Journal. She was also recognized as the Most Promising Up and Coming Women by the New York State Commerce Association. Her firm, Xnergy, has received the Certificate of Appreciation by the City of Los Angeles for its contribution to California businesses, has repeatedly been named one of the top 10 investment banking firms by the Los Angeles Business Journal, and nationally, has received the Los Angeles Award by the US Commerce Association for financial services year over year.
Education
Ms. Stefani earned a juris doctorate degree from Loyola University, and LLM in Taxation from the University of San Diego and is a published tax-planning author.
Ms. Stefani is a member of the California Bar Association, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and many other professional organizations. She holds the FINRA Series 79, 24 and 63 Securities licenses.
