Xnergy identifies and secures investment opportunities with institutional seed-stage or micro-VC firms through our seed fund. We focus on capital efficient start-ups and provide strategic advice by leverage our investment banking knowledge and recourses. We believe Investing at early stages, allow us to take advantage of very low entry prices, help founders build value during the critical early days of a startup’s life, and manage a profitable exist more effectively than later-stage investors.
We identify startups who are:
- Smaller and focused on building business in a capital efficient manner
- Closest to promising entrepreneurs at inception.
- Able to quickly validate, invalidate and/or “de-risk” company assumptions with little capital.
Private Equity.

Real Estate Equity & Debt.
Xnergy's real estate committee has invested in high-quality real-estate equity and debt transactions since 2008.
We seek to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns through the creation of a diversified pool of investments in senior loans collateralized by high-quality real estate assets. The primary focus is to create a strong current yield for our investors through the origination of loans to facilitate real estate acquisitions, refinancing, and recapitalizations throughout the United States.
Our Team:
- Invests in the Americas in preferred equity, senior bridge loans collateralized by quality real estate.
- Targets investments ranging in size from $1 million to $20 million.
- Seeks to extend credit to finance real estate developers, owners, and operators in need of capital. We leverage our firm’s extensive network of real estate and structured finance professionals to source and execute transactions.
