Ross’ transaction expertise is the result of 10+ years of experience working with best in class companies and teams focused on real estate investments. His functional background includes acquisitions, underwriting, closing, asset management, portfolio management, asset dispositions, and portfolio and other strategic exits. Ross adds value in transactions by knowing what’s important to both the buy and sell side. When asked about being an investment banker, he said, “Ultimately, all transactions originate from people with trust connected to unique opportunities. My job is to connect investors with these people and opportunities.”
Ross has worked with the following best in class companies and teams: Ernst & Young, Thomson Reuters, Cole Real Estate Investments (now VEREIT), Healthcare Trust of America, Everest Healthcare Properties (a company we started in a coffee shop and grew to a portfolio of over $250m+ in AUM), and most recently, City Office REIT.
Ross holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Arizona State University, one in Finance (4.0 GPA) and the other in Accountancy (4.0 GPA), and one Master of Science degree from The University of Arizona, Finance (4.0 GPA).
