Kelly grew up in an entrepreneurial family working in various roles of each business venture, directly exposing her to business operations at an early age. This experience influenced her career path and continues to play a significant role in her passion to advocate for the small business owner. As a consultant to small/mid-sized businesses she advises clients on how to uncover new opportunities within their business, create new efficiencies to optimize their operations, or growth through acquisition(s).
Kelly’s professional experience over the last 20 years has spanned the areas of public accounting, management consulting, mergers and acquisitions advisory and government contracting. Her progressive roles include a diverse client base in: B2G, construction, distribution, film and entertainment, manufacturing, real estate (multi-family, self-storage, and hospitality), restaurants, retail/wholesale, fulfillment and warehousing, solar photovoltaics/renewable energy.
She is a proud mother to 3 active children and in her free time enjoys scenic hikes, traveling to new cities, and yoga.
Kelly has both a Bachelor’s of Science degree and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver. In addition, she maintains FINRA licenses: Series 63, 79, and 7.
